  • Property Types: Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Office, Retail, Light Industrial/Warehouse, Self-Storage, Mobile Home Communities, Investment Residential, Automotive, Daycare, Restaurants (including quick service), Special Purpose (case by case)

  • LTV Max: 80% LTV

  • DSCR Min. 1.10x

  • Amortization: 25 or 30 years (Interest Only options available)

  • Prepayment: Required, but negotiable

  • Recourse: Full and Partial

  • Credit Score: Minimum 620

  • Deposits & Fees: Required, but varies per transaction
