  • NO Prepayment Penalty

  • Terms: 9-12 Month (w/ extension provisions)

  • Rate: 8% - 11.9% Monthly Interest Only Payments

  • Discounted pricing for repeat borrowers

  • Points: 2-4

  • Up to 90% Loan to Cost (LTC)

  • Up to 100% of the Build (experienced investors)

  • Up to 75% Loan to Value (LTV)

  • Geography: Nationwide (except ND, SD, and UT)
